Send Your Files to SPB

Option One: Large files for an entire book, especially a photography book with high resolution photos, should be sent on CD(s), DVD or flash drive.

Option Two: Books with fewer high resolution images, such as a children’s book or a novel, can be uploaded to our ftp. You will need to have a client server installed, such as FileZilla, which has a version for both Mac and Windows.

Option Three: DropBox is an option for transferring large files.

… include native files (InDesign / Quark) and PDFs. PDFs should have all printer’s marks, use document bleed settings, and be in single pages, not spreads.

Please use WinZip (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to compress the file before sending. If you do not have compression software, see Resources, Services > Resources for additional information.
