Star Print Brokers is known for our high-quality book printing and binding. But, not everyone knows that we also print childrens board books on offset press.
The Process.
Just as with our other book products, you will receive a full set of physical, color proofs, before we print on press. After you approve, we print and bind all of the books. Then, five advance copies are taken from the production. It is a last check before shipping. Keep in mind that no corrections can be made at this point. Learn more about the process to publish.
The unit cost is low. We print all of our safe board books in Asia with credible partners. We stand behind the books we print. Authors and publishers can design their own dimensions and page count for childrens board books. We don’t make you fit your book to what others call their standard sizes.
Board books offer ink and paper that are safe.
Board books for children are a book we print on commercial, offset printing presses; never on-demand. Why is that important? Simply, babies and children put books in their mouths. Our books print on offset presses with quality ink, and on coated stock. No toner going into babies mouths! The books can have either a varnish or lamination on applied. Contrast that to digital printing, which is applying toner on paper, not ink. Digital printing is outputting toner on paper, as you do when you print a page on your desktop printer. Ink is not used. We don’t output digital books or print on offset sheet-fed presses.

Book design.
Our Star Print Brokers book designers can follow your vision through to completion for your book design and layout. We can also work with your team and / or designer. Some authors and publishers use stock photos or images in their books. Bigstock is a good source.
