What is even sadder, it that these company representatives don’t know what great printing and binding looks like. One memorable book was printed in India. The design was great, but the paper stock was an unintended brown. It was the color of a coffee shop napkin. The printing was muddy. Even worse, this large format hardcover book with many pages had long binding strings showing. That is not the way we do things.
