It is the photography of Macduff Everton and the writing of Matt Kettman who are both well-known and major contributors in their fields.

The team printed 7,000 books and even during a pandemic, everything came off without a hitch. Yes indeed, the unloading of two full container loads of pallets constitutes a military operation!
