Custom printed books are what makes Star Print Brokers a leader in high-quality book printing. By custom printed books, we mean that the author has choices. We offer many choices that are not available with print-on-demand, on demand short run, or even USA printing. Our selection of materials is better, as is our quality and cost.
What do custom printed books mean for the self-publisher?
It means authors can sell custom printed books that are high-quality. Authors make more profit, as the book unit cost is lower than print on demand book printing. Authors will keep 100 percent of their profit with your own ISBN. Star Print does not pay royalties, because the author keeps all the profit.

Cloth cover wrap is generally limit when printing on demand, and is costly in small quantities. Tired of black cloth? We offer many color choices in genuine cloth choices and weaves.
Bonded leather is available too as is a number of colors and textures. Need a lower price point, but still like the look of leather? We have many imitation, vegan, or faux leathers. The only thing missing is the leather smell!
Add a foil or blind stamp. Yes, we know you can get silver or gold almost anywhere. But, what about bronze, copper, red, blue, silver, or gold? We have even more custom printed book choices of foils. We also offer matte or gloss finishes in foils. Dream of an orange cloth cover wrap with navy blue foil? Yes, we can make it a reality!
Printed endpapers can print in a spot Pantone PMS ink, or in CMYK process color. They can print on one or both sides or the endpaper sheet. Create a design, pattern, or use a solid color. One spot ink costs less than process. Printing on both sides costs more than printing on one side.
A standard dust jacket can be added. But, authors can also choose a French Fold dust jacket.
Adding a flood varnish or flood UV is possible too and it is an additional cost. Also, we can print spot varnish in matte or gloss. How about a spot Silk gloss UV on fine lettering on the dust jacket? Ask about these options in our quote form comments.
And then, there is the subject of head and tail bands!

Choose a standard cover, or add French Flaps. The French Flaps are an extension of the cover. They are scored and fold inside the front and / or back cover.
We talked about foils before. Those same different colors in foils can apply to an embossed title on a book cover.
